The Government Office for Science has announced updates to its Routes for Academic Engagement page and the
Directory of academic and policy exchange schemes on GOV.UK, alongside the launch of a new website for
scientists and engineers interested in working with government.
New: Website for scientists and engineers
A new website has been launched as a central hub for scientists and engineers who want to explore opportunities
to work with or in government. It brings together practical guidance, case studies, and clear routes into roles
such as secondments, advisory positions, fellowships, and permanent Civil Service careers.
You are encouraged to share the website with your networks, including via social media.
