Data Visualisation for Insights

Project summary

Develop data dashboards with key metrics to help Workwhile and its stakeholders make decisions on funding and project delivery. The dashboard will be internally facing, but the statistics will be used for reports and other externally facing documents.

How will this project benefit the organisation?

Bringing together project data in a way that is clear to understand and interpret for the employees and senior management, as well as other stakeholders. It will help Workwhile make the case for funding and drive better decision-making for project delivery.

Project description

The project would involve processing and collating existing data the organisation collects to design dashboards of key metrics. These would be used by the team internally to track performance against KPIs and can prop up data available for external reporting requirements too.

Ideally the output would be (a) prototype dashboard(s) of metrics for decision-making. Some experience of designing dashboards or data visualisations is desirable.
