Robyn Brass is the Data Transformation Lead in the Department for Transport. Over her career, she has moved around different government departments and focussed on different ways to leverage Operational Research to deliver results in many different ways. She is going to share some of the types of roles she's experienced, some of the challenges that many ORs face, and how to balance being confident in your skills with honesty about your limitations.
